Heart disease is the #1 killer of Black women in America. Small steps, movement, rest, and real connection can make a big difference. This is your invitation to start.
Sis... how is your heart?
Sis, How Is Your Heart? · Season 2
Rest in Motion.
Rest in Motion · A free 90-day walking experience at your own pace.
Last season, we asked: Sis, how is your heart?
This season, we choose it.
Rest in Motion is choosing yourself, making space for your heart, and moving with intention, one step at a time.
No perfect conditions. No waiting for the right moment. Just real life, real strength, and a decision to show up for yourself anyway.
"Walk for you. Walk for them. Cross into your next season."

Sis, How Is Your Heart? Season 2
Where this all began
Last year, we asked women to slow down. They showed up and changed.
In 2024, Sis, How Is Your Heart? brought together Black women for a private 6-week wellness experience, yoga, movement, heart talks, and sacred space to breathe. Women showed up carrying a lot. They left a little lighter.
This year, we're building on that foundation. Same sisterhood. Same heart. But now we move, and we invite everyone.
"From yoga mats to heart talks, Set It Off Saturdays to Soul Stretch Mondays, every moment was a reminder that when we take care of our hearts, we take back our power."

"We're not power-walking through pain. We're simply saying: I deserve to feel good."

For healthcare partners, sponsors and organizations
Partner with Sis, How Is Your Heart? Cohort 2
Sis, How Is Your Heart? Cohort 2, Rest in Motion, is a community-based women's heart health initiative designed to increase consistent physical activity, reduce cardiovascular risk factors, and create measurable wellness outcomes while building the kind of community that sustains behavior change long after the program ends.
We collect pre, mid, and post-program participant data. We reach women across churches, corporations, and community organizations. And we have proof of concept from a successful Cohort 1 in 2024.
